Shop KitStep 1 of 7

Shop KitOne catalogue, published to the shopProducts, categories and sort orders are kept once in Shop Kit and the storefront reads them straight from it. Edit a product in the office and it changes here. Low stock badges come from the stock levels.
Shop KitVariants with their own SKU, price and stockEach size and grind (or colour) is a variant with its own SKU, price and stock, counted by inventory location. Sold-out variants can't be added. The “goes well with” row is the product's related products.
Shop KitA basket with discount rulesDiscount codes are checked against their rules, such as a minimum spend or which categories they cover, and recalculated whenever the basket changes. Try WELCOME10.
Shop KitShipping zones, methods and price bandsThe postcode decides the shipping zone; each zone has its own methods, prices and rules, like free Royal Mail 48 once the goods reach a set value.
CoreThe customer becomes a personThe shopper is matched by email or added as a person in the core, with their addresses. Trade customers apply for an account; once it's approved they see trade prices on the same catalogue.
Shop KitStripe Checkout, with webhooksPayment is taken on Stripe Checkout. Stripe's webhooks tell Shop Kit when it's paid, expired, refunded or disputed, and the order is created with its payment record.
Shop KitStatuses you define, an email at eachThe order sits on the customer's record in the core. Larkhill's statuses run Paid, Roasting, Packed, Dispatched; each one emails the customer, with an order confirmation and a shipping note made as branded PDFs.
