Event KitThe timetable is recurring sessionsEach kind of class is an event in a category (Spin, Yoga and so on), and the weekly timetable is its recurring sessions, each with an instructor and a room. Spots left is the room's capacity less what's booked.
Event KitFacilitators, rooms and pricesInstructors are facilitators and the Ride room and Studio are rooms at the one location. The price comes from the session's pricing band (peak or off-peak) and its ticket types, Standard and Concession.
Event KitBikes and mats are seatsEach room was drawn once as a seating plan, with a seat for every bike or mat. This session marks which are booked, Pick for me auto-allocates, and a capacity rule keeps it to two spots a booking.
CoreThe customer becomes a personName and email create a person in the core, or match one already there. The health check answers stay with this booking, so a yes shows against their name on the session's attendee list.
Event KitPaid through StripeEvent Kit's booking flow takes payment with Stripe. On the live site this hands over to Stripe Checkout, and its webhook marks the booking paid.
Event KitBooked, emailed, checked inThe booking gets its reference and each spot is held against the session. The confirmation email goes now and a reminder the evening before; at the door the instructor checks people in with the live event app.
