Event KitClasses sorted by categoryEach class is an event with categories for its style and age band, so the age given here picks out only the classes that fit.
Event KitA weekly timetable of recurring sessionsEvery class has a recurring session each week of term, with its teacher as facilitator and studio as room. Spaces left come from the class's capacity and places already booked.
Event KitTwo ticket types, one classA term place covers only the sessions still to run, each at the class's price; a trial ticket at £0 covers one session. Both come off the same capacity.
CoreThe parent and the dancer, linkedThe parent is matched by email or added as a person in the core, the dancer is added as their own person linked to them, and the booking sits on both records.
Event KitPaid with Stripe, or confirmed freeA term place is paid by Stripe within the booking flow. A trial ticket has nothing to pay, so it confirms straight away against the session.
Event KitOn the register, with a reminderThe dancer goes on the attendee list for every session booked, with medical notes for the teacher. A confirmation email goes to the parent now and a reminder before the first class.
