Event KitThe programme is read from Event KitEach course is an event with its runs set up as sessions, tutors as facilitators and studios as rooms at the Ropewalk location.
Event KitCapacity per run, checked livePlaces are capacity-based bookings, so spaces left on each run come straight from its capacity and the places already booked.
Event KitPlaces reserved on the runChoosing a run checks its capacity again, and you can never ask for more places than are left. The places are reserved on that run while you finish.
Event KitNames on the attendee listEach place carries an attendee's name, so every session's attendee list shows who is coming, with any access or dietary notes for the tutor.
CoreThe booker becomes a personThe booker is matched by email or added as a new person in the core, and the booking appears on their record.
Event KitPaid with StripePayment is taken by Stripe within the booking flow. Once it clears, the booking is confirmed against the run.
Event KitEmails, reminders and the tutor's listA confirmation email goes to the booker and reminder emails go out before each session. On the day, the tutor checks people in from that session's attendee list.
