Reservation KitA menu with durations and pricesEach treatment is set up in Reservation Kit with its length, its price and the room it needs. A course of three is priced as one line, paid up front.
Reservation KitPractitioners are resourcesEvery practitioner is a resource with their own working days and availability. Only the people set up to do this treatment are offered.
Reservation KitTimes that fit, 24 hours aheadOpening hours close Sunday and Monday and the lead time hides anything inside 24 hours. A time only shows if the practitioner and the treatment room are both free for the whole appointment: one booking, two resources.
CoreSkin questions on the client's recordThe answers are saved as a note on the client's record in the core, so the practitioner reads them before the appointment. The suitability checks are the clinic's own rules, built into its site.
CoreThe client becomes a person in the coreName, email and phone create a person in the core, or match a returning client, with this booking on their timeline. The mobile number is kept on their record, so the clinic can ring about the appointment.
Reservation KitA deposit through StripeThe 30% deposit, or a course paid in full, is taken through Stripe and logged against the booking, with any balance shown as outstanding. A free consultation is booked with no payment at all.
Reservation KitOn the clinic calendar, then remindersThe appointment holds the practitioner and the room on the staff calendar with its payment status. The confirmation email goes now, a reminder before the appointment, and a change email if it's ever moved.
